What Can Someone Do To Help?

Palmetto Place understands the importance of volunteers and the invaluable contributions they make and demonstrates a conscious effort to acknowledge the volunteers (both individuals and groups) that give their time, energy, and talents in helping to make Palmetto Place a better place. We understand that it is through their tireless giving that we are able to exist.

Due to the sensitive nature of the services we provide at Palmetto Place, volunteer opportunities at the shelter are somewhat limited.  Some other options include holding a fundraiser for Palmetto Place, taking the kids out to eat, or asking for donations from our wish list instead of asking for birthday presents.
